Ingredients
- 1 Rack Pork Ribs
-
3-4 Tbs. Savu Birra Brown Sugar Pork Rub
- 2 Tbs. Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cidar Vinegar
- 2 Tbs. BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and brush both sides with yellow mustard.
Season both sides of the ribs with the Savu Birra Brown Sugar Pork Rub.
Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 5 ½ hours.
In a spritzer (or other container), combine apple juice and apple cider vinegar. Spritz the ribs every hour until entire rib surface has been moistened.
After 4 ½ hours, brush the BBQ Sauce onto the ribs and continue cooking for another 1 hours.
Remove ribs and cover with aluminum foil. Let the ribs rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
