The Humble Beginning of Savu Birra, A Shared Vision on the Front Porch
Keith DiTaranto and Aaron Lyon founded Savu Birra LLC. Keith and Aaron have a passion for cooking and have always been exploring seasonings and marinades to bring out the best flavor in whatever cut of meat they are cooking.
They enjoyed many different seasoning brands, but there was one constant they didn't like: simply too much salt in the seasoning. They began experimenting with different blends that would still utilize salt but not allow it to be the dominant feature of a flavor profile. After creating several combinations and relentlessly refining the blends so no one ingredient was the dominant flavor, Savu Birra was born.
Savu Birra's goal is to continue developing a suite of seasoning blends that would not overpower the taste of a cut of meat but unlock the natural flavor within. As you take a bite of meat with our seasoning, it will take effort to distinguish where the great taste is from. Is it the meat, or is it the seasoning? In the end, you will enjoy the combined flavor.
