Ingredients

1/2 lbs. Large Shrimp
- 2 Tbs Butter

1-2 Tbs Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbs Parsley
- 2 Tbs Chopped Scallions
Directions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add shrimp then stir. Add Louisiana Cajun Seasoning and stir until shrimp are evenly coated.
Cook for 1-2 minutes each side. Add parsley and stir.
Serve over rice. top with chopped scallions and enjoy!
