Ingredients

3 Lbs. Beef Pot Roast
6 Medium Potatoes
1 Lbs. Carrots
4 Medium Size Onions
2 Tbs. Savu Birra Beef Pot Roast Seasoning
1 Tsp. Olive Oil

Directions

Peel and chop potatoes, carrots, and onions.
Apply 1 Tbs. Savu Birra Beef Pot Roast Seasoning to pot roast covering all sides of roast. Sear pot roast in pan with 1 tsp. olive oil for 1 minute each side. Place beef pot roast in crock pot.
Add vegetables around the pot roast, and add additional 1 Tbs. Savu Birra Beef Pot Roast seasoning to vegetables spreading evenly.
Add water or beef stock to crock pot until liquid covers roast and vegetables.
Cook on high for 6-7 hours on high or until the beef is tender.
Remove some liquid from the crock pot and add to a pan to make delicious gravy. Thicken with Wondra flour or cornstarch and apply heat until gravy thickens.
Serve hot and enjoy!
