1 Whole Dorado Fish

4 Diced Potatoes

1 Diced Red Bell Pepper

1 Diced Yellow Bell Pepper

1 Sliced Zucchini

1 tsp Sea Salt

2 Tbs Lemon Aleppo Seasoning

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Mix olive oil, Lemon Aleppo seasoning, and salt in small bowl.
Place the dorado fish in a baking dish and brush entire fish with mixture.
Arrange chopped vegetables around fish in baking dish.
Drizzle the vegetables with the remaining olive oil and Lemon Aleppo Seasoning mix.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
