Ingredients

6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 Medium Size Zucchini
2 Medium Size Summer Squash
1 Tbs. Savu Birra Lemon Garlic Chicken Seasoning
1 Tbs. Savu Birra Roasted Veggie Seasoning
3 Cups Spring Mix Salad
1 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Season chicken thighs with Lemon Garlic Chicken Seasoning 20 minutes before cooking. Add olive oil and chicken to skillet and cook at medium heat. Approximately 7-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature of 175-180 F.
Cut zucchini and summer squash into quarters or slices, toss with olive oil and season with Roasted Veggie Seasoning, and place in a separate skillet also on medium heat.
Sauté veggies until desired tenderness and remove from skillet.
Serve chicken and veggies a side of spring mix salad or your favorite side dish.
